Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team to drive transportation projects across the Mountain West. You will lead MOT engineering efforts for freeways, interchanges, and highways, coordinating with discipline leads and clients.

The role requires a current PE license (preferred states include CO), 10+ years of MOT/traffic control design leadership, and DOT DB/PDB experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Current PE license preferred (CO/UT/NV/AZ/ID/NM/WA).
• Able to lead teams and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects and pursuits.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Develop MOT schemes during pursuits and final traffic control plans during execution.
• Work with contractor partners to deliver MOT designs.
• Communicate with clients and staff to ensure project goals.
