Job summary

Horrocks in Denver, CO seeks a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager to drive transportation project pursuits and delivery. You will lead MOT engineering teams, coordinate with discipline leads, and mentor staff to meet deadlines.

The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of MOT/traffic control design leadership, and strong client relations. You’ll work closely with contractors on DOT DB/PDB efforts and grow with a regional team.

Qualifications

• Current PE license (preferred in CO/UT/NV/AZ/ID/NM/WA).
• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and stakeholders.
• Serve as integral member of the project delivery team.
• Develop MOT schemes with contractor partners.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality drawings.
