Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager in Spokane, WA to drive transportation projects from pursuit to delivery. You will lead MOT engineering teams, coordinate with discipline leads, and partner with contractors to develop MOT schemes and traffic control plans.

You should bring a PE license (preferred states listed), 10+ years in MOT/traffic design, and strong client relations. This position offers a competitive compensation package and growth across the Rocky Mountain region.

Qualifications

• Current PE license, preferred states: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Must be able to work effectively as a team leader and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Outstanding client and personnel communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and act as integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design efforts and collaborate with contractors during pursuits and execution.
• Develop MOT schemes with contractors during pursuits and final traffic control plans.
• Proficient with Microstation/OpenRoads/AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software.
