Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team. This role involves leading MOT engineering teams for transportation projects and coordinating with other discipline leads.

You will work closely with contractor partners to develop effective traffic control plans. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years’ experience in traffic control design, a PE license, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• Current PE license in preferred states: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB and PDB pursuits.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Work closely with contractor partners for traffic control plans.
