Job summary

Horrocks in Meridian, Idaho seeks an experienced MOT Lead/Manager for the Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects, mentor engineers, and coordinate with contractors to develop schemes from pursuits to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MOT/traffic control design, a PE license, and proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships across regional projects in the Rocky Mountain area.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Must be able to lead a team and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects and pursuits.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate design work.
• Be an integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design efforts and schemes during pursuits and execution.
• Collaborate with contractor partners to develop MOT schemes.
• Utilize Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D in design work.
• Demonstrate strong team leadership and positive client relations.
• Be willing to be assigned to local and Rocky Mountain Region projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and management.
• Consistently meet project deadlines.
• Grow professionally within the team and contribute to project goals.
