Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team in the Mountain West region. You will lead MOT engineering efforts for transportation projects, coordinate with discipline leads, and drive design delivery from pursuits through construction.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MOT leadership, DOT DB/PDB experience, and a PE license. Strong communication and project-deadline discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• PE license in the United States preferred; active licensure favored.
• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects and pursuits.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and act as integral project delivery member.
• Develop MOT schemes during pursuits and final traffic control plans during execution.
• Collaborate with contractor partners to deliver designs on schedule.
