Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager to drive successful outcomes for transportation projects in the Mountain West region. You will lead MOT engineering teams, coordinate with discipline leads, and partner with contractors to develop schemes from pursuits through execution.

You should bring 10+ years of MOT/traffic control design, 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience, and a PE license. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Current PE license preferred in UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects and pursuits.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and integrate designs.
• Serve as an integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design and development of schemes with contractor partners.
• Develop MOT plans during pursuits and execution phases.
• Maintain strong client relationships and meet deadlines.
