Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager to drive transport projects in the Mountain West region from Las Vegas, NV. You will lead MOT engineering teams, coordinate with other leads, and ensure timely delivery of design and traffic control plans while collaborating with contractor partners.

The role requires a PE license (preferred states UT/NV/AZ) and 10+ years in MOT/traffic control design, plus 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience.

Qualifications

• Current PE license, preferred states UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA.
• 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Must be able to work effectively as a team leader and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Outstanding client and personnel skills and the ability to communicate persuasively at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects (freeways, interstates, interchanges, highways).
• Coordinate with discipline leads and be an integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design efforts and collaborate with contractors to develop MOT schemes during pursuits and execution.
