Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team. Lead MOT engineering for transportation projects, coordinate with discipline leads, and drive design and execution with contractor partners across the Rocky Mountain region.

Qualifications

• Current PE license; preferred states UT NV AZ ID CO NM WA.
• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure.
• 3+ years DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Proven team leadership and collaboration skills.
• Strong client communication and relationship building.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads.
• Integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design efforts across projects.
• Collaborate with contractor partners on MOT schemes and traffic control plans.
• Utilize Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D among other tools.
• Lead and maintain positive client and team relationships.
• Be available for local and Rocky Mountain region projects.
• Communicate clearly with clients, staff and management.
• Meet project deadlines consistently.
• Grow professionally while delivering designs and drawings to client goals.
