Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team. Lead MOT engineering teams across transportation projects, coordinating with discipline leads and contractors to deliver successful schemes.

Ideal candidates bring a PE license, 10+ years in MOT/traffic control design, and strong client relations. This role involves local and Rocky Mountain region work with opportunities for professional growth and industry impact.

Qualifications

• Licensed PE with preference for specified western states.
• 10+ years leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure.
• 3+ years DOT DB or PDB project experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and be a core project delivery member.
• Lead MOT design development and scheme creation during pursuits and execution.
• Collaborate with contractor partners on MOT schemes and traffic control plans.
• Utilize Microstation, OpenRoads, and AutoCAD Civil 3D effectively.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, staff and management.
• Be available for local and Rocky Mountain Region project assignments.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
