Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects, coordinating with discipline leads and collaborating with contractor partners on pursuits and execution.

The role requires experience in MOT design and a current PE license is preferred. You will be working on local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects with a focus on delivering value-added designs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MOT/traffic control design for infrastructure projects.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills in a team environment.
• Willingness to work on local and Rocky Mountain Region wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects (freeways, highways, interchanges).
• Coordinate with discipline leads and integrate into the project delivery team.
• Develop MOT schemes during pursuits and final traffic control plans during execution.
