Job summary

Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager in Albuquerque to guide transportation MOT teams on pursuits and projects. You will collaborate with discipline leads, coordinate with contractors, and drive design quality and schedules across complex freeways, interchanges and shared-use facilities.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in MOT/traffic control design, DOT DB/PDB experience, and a PE license. Strong leadership, client relations, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• PE license preferred in listed western states.
• 10+ years of MOT/traffic control design leadership.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Strong team leadership and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication; deadline-driven and organized.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for pursuits and projects in transportation.
• Coordinate with discipline leads and integrate into project delivery.
• Develop MOT schemes with contractor partners during pursuits and execution.
• Utilize Microstation, OpenRoads, or AutoCAD Civil 3D effectively.
• Maintain positive client relationships and timely delivery.
