Job summary

Horrocks seeks a Design-Build MOT Lead/Manager in Las Cruces, NM to lead transportation MOT design efforts for pursuits and projects. You will coordinate with discipline leads, integrate with contractor partners, and oversee design execution to meet client goals.

The role requires a track record of MOT/traffic control leadership, DOT DB/PDB experience, and a PE license are preferred. This on-site position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Current PE license preferred in NM or other listed states.
• Strong leadership and client communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team leader and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and stakeholders.
• Integral member of the project delivery team.
• Lead MOT design schemes and collaboration with contractor partners.
• Develop MOT schemes during pursuits and final traffic control plans during execution.
• Utilize Microstation, OpenRoads, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
• Meet project deadlines and contribute to client goals.
