Job summary

Horrocks in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Design-Build Roadway Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead transportation design efforts for freeways, interchanges, and urban highways, coordinating with discipline leads and clients to deliver value-added designs.

Ideal candidates have a PE license (NM preferred) and 10+ years in transportation infrastructure, with 5+ years leading roadway design and 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.

Qualifications

• Current PE license; NM preferred state is listed but not required.
• 10+ years in transportation infrastructure design.
• 5+ years leading roadway design for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years DOT DB or PDB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadway discipline engineering teams for Transportation DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and clients.
• Manage design analysis, studies, reports, plans, and quantity tasks.
• Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Collaborate with project management and delivery teams.
