Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group in Ohio seeks a Practice Manager to oversee administrative and clinical office operations across two or more offices. You will implement policies, hire and supervise staff, manage scheduling, budgets, and regulatory compliance, partnering with nurses, providers and executives.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, HIPAA knowledge, experience with EMR systems like ModMed/EMA, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in healthcare management preferred.
• Familiarity with ModMed and EMA EMR systems.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA laws and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Implements office policies and procedures.
• Hire, onboard, supervise administrative and clinical staff.
• Set staffing schedules and approve PTO.
• Ensure customer service standards are met.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and executives.
• Partner with regional managers on goals and budgets.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper timekeeping.
