DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee administrative and clinical office responsibilities for two or more offices. You will drive policy implementation, staff hiring and development, and budget alignment, ensuring high patient and employee experiences.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and HIPAA knowledge, working with EMR systems and cross-functional teams to meet regulatory standards and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; related degree preferred.
• Familiarity with ModMed, EMA, EMR preferred.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA laws and guidelines.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Implements office policies and procedures.
• Hire and onboard administrative and clinical staff.
• Supervises, trains, and evaluates administrative and clinical staff.
• Sets staffing schedules and approves paid time off.
• Ensures that customer service standards are met.
• Collaborates with nurses, providers, and executives.
• Partners with regional managers to set goals, objectives, and budgets.
• Ensures regulations and standards are followed.
• Uses EMR, billing, scheduling, and timekeeping software.
• All other duties as directed and assigned.
