DOCS Dermatology Group in Mason, OH is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead daily operations of the medical office, overseeing both clinical and non-clinical staff, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

You will manage budgeting, staffing schedules, payroll approvals, and compliance with HIPAA, while coordinating with nurses and providers to optimize workflows, ensure regulatory adherence, and uphold an exceptional patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare management/business degree preferred.
• Familiarity with ModMed, EMA, EMR preferred.
• Thorough understanding of HIPAA laws and guidelines.
• Strong operational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement office policies and procedures.
• Hire and onboard administrative and clinical staff.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Create staffing schedules and manage PTO requests.
• Support patient care by performing clinical duties when needed.
• Oversee payroll and timekeeping accuracy.
• Foster a positive patient experience and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, providers, and executives.
• Set goals and budgets with regional managers.
• Utilize EMR, billing, and scheduling software.
