Platinum Dermatology Partners seeks an admin-focused team member to contact patients about pathology results and coordinate scheduling with providers. The role requires strong telephone and written communication within a dermatology office.

Experience with EMA EMR and Next Gen Practice Management is preferred. This position is full-time in Scottsdale, AZ, with occasional after-hours duties as needed to support patient care.

Qualificações

• Certification preferred (e.g., CMA, Dermatology Technician)
• At least two years of experience in a doctor's office; dermatology experience preferred; EMA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Contact patients daily to communicate pathology results and answer questions.
• Schedule appointments with multiple providers using Next Gen Practice Management.
• Activate patient portals so records and pathology results can be viewed.
• Triage calls and manage medication refills as indicated.
• Maintain professional appearance, communicate clearly with providers and staff.
