Job summary

DOCS Dermatology Group is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily operations across administrative and clinical teams. You’ll ensure smooth patient flow, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize staffing and budgets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage both clinical and non-clinical staff while promoting a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in healthcare management or related field preferred.
• Experience with ModMed, EMA, EMR systems preferred.
• Strong HIPAA knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement office policies and procedures.
• Hire and onboard administrative and clinical staff.
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Create staffing schedules to optimize provider coverage and payroll.
• Support patient care by performing clerical and some clinical duties as needed.
• Manage budgets and collaborate with regional managers on goals.
