Golden State Dermatology is hiring a Medical Receptionist to join our physician-led dermatology group of 37 locations. You will warmly welcome patients, check in/out, verify insurance, and handle phones while maintaining accurate records.

You’ll manage the appointment schedule, audit future bookings, and reach out to patients on waiting lists to fill slots with open provider availability. You will also educate patients on skincare products and assist with product sales, requiring strong
