Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous dermatology, healthcare, or aesthetics experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance carriers (Medicare, commercial, HMO) is a plus.
• Familiarity with EMR software such as EClinicalWorks/EMA is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with a warm, professional manner.
• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility and collect necessary information.
• Answer phone inquiries and maintain accurate patient records.
• Manage appointment schedules, audit future bookings, confirm attendance and fill open slots.
• Provide product education and sell skincare products available for purchase.
• Perform multitasking to support the front desk and clinic operations.
