Incyte in Houston seeks a Field Access Manager to minimize payor and pharmacy barriers by delivering accurate managed care coverage and affordability information for Incyte products. You will work with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access and external HCP staff to resolve access challenges in your geography.

You will educate providers on authorization requirements, build strong relationships with health systems, and navigate payor policies while ensuring compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and managed care.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build partnerships.
• Strong communication and analytic skills.

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization, coverage status, and funding options.
• Maintains relationships with HCP offices and health systems.
• Monitors patient cases via navigator portal with consent.
