Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, dermatology distribution, and managed care.
• Ability to lead without authority in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent self-motivation, judgment, and collaboration.
• Experience interacting with KOLs or high-influence customers.
• Strong business analytics to assess progress against objectives.
• Field-based role, calling on customers 3–4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on prior authorization, coverage status, and payor requirements.
• Maintain relationships with HCPs and health care systems to resolve access issues.
• Monitor patient cases through navigator portal with consent.
• Assist customers navigating specialty and dermatology pharmacy distribution.
• Demonstrate knowledge of payor presence and product coverage.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Develop local access strategy with Dermatology Business Director.
• Collaborate with internal teams to respond to local opportunities.
• Partner with compliance and legal to ensure programs stay compliant.
