Job summary

Incyte Corporation seeks a Field Access Manager to educate providers on coverage, prior authorizations, and affordability. You will build relationships with health systems and guide patients through payer processes while ensuring compliance. This is a field-based role in Texas with regular interaction with payors and healthcare professionals.

You will collaborate with Sales, Patient Access, and Market Access teams to drive access solutions and improve patient access across the assigned geography.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management or patient access experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and managed care.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, payor appeals, and medical exceptions.
• Maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitors in-process patient cases through a navigator portal with patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and retail dermatology pharmacy services.
• Ensures activities comply with regulations and company policies.
