Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, life sciences, or business.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management or patient access experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Ability to lead without authority in cross-functional teams and build strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to translate vision into tactical plans and develop localized strategies.
• Experience interacting with KOLs or high-influence customers in large practices, hospitals, or managed care.
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills to motivate teams.
• Strong business analytics skills to assess progress against objectives.
• Field role requiring 3–4 days of customer calls per week.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs and staff on prior authorization, coverage status, payor appeals, and access processes; provide live education.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitor patient cases via navigator portal with patient consent; support specialty and dermatology pharmacy services.
• Develop local access strategies and collaborate with Dermatology Business Director to meet KPI goals.
• Partner with compliance and legal to ensure programs are compliant and adapt to regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify local opportunities and respond to customer needs.
