Job summary

Incyte Corporation seeks a Field Access Manager to educate healthcare providers on access, payer policies, and affordability for Incyte products. The role minimizes payor barriers by delivering accurate coverage information and working with internal teams.

The FAM will build relationships with HCPs and health systems, monitor patient cases, and apply knowledge of specialty and retail pharmacy services. Field activity is 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience with managed care or access exposure preferred.
• Experience with specialty and retail pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Strong collaboration, decision-making, and adaptability in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization, coverage status, payor appeals, and medical exceptions.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve access issues.
• Monitors in-process patient cases via navigator portal with patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and retail Dermatology pharmacy services.
• Demonstrates knowledge of payor policies and reimbursement across programs.
• Ensures activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with Dermatology Business Director to develop local access strategy.
