Job summary

Incyte Corporation seeks a Field Access Manager to educate HCPs on prior authorization and coverage status, while resolving payer criteria issues across a defined geography. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management or patient access experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build strategic partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills; ability to motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, and payor processes.
• Builds and maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve payor/UM criteria issues.
• Monitors patient cases through a navigator portal with patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty pharmacy and retail dermatology services to assist customers.
• Demonstrates deep payor knowledge and reimbursement across patient access programs.
• Ensures activities comply with regulations, laws, and company policies.
