Incyte is seeking a Field Access Manager to educate and support healthcare providers on prior authorizations, coverage status, and affordability for Incyte medicines across a defined geography. The role collaborates with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access and external stakeholders to resolve access issues and optimize patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required in relevant field (healthcare, business, or life sciences).
• Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management, patient access and/or managed markets experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Must be self-motivated with initiative, excellent judgment, and strong teamwork across functions.
• Resilient, adaptable, and able to learn from setbacks.
• Ability to lead without authority in complex cross-functional teams and build long-term partnerships.
• Proven track record translating vision into tactical, localized plans.
• Experience interacting with KOLs or high-influence customers in large practices or managed care.
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills to motivate teams.
• Strong business analytics to assess progress against objectives.
• FAMs are expected to be in the field calling on customers 3-4 days per week.

Responsabilidades

• Educates HCPs and stakeholders on prior authorization requirements, coverage status, payor appeals, medical exceptions, and alternate funding options.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitors patient cases through navigator portals with proper patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty pharmacy and dermatology distribution to assist customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of payor presence, coverage, and policies in assigned geography.
• Ensures activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Develops local access strategy plans to meet KPI goals and objectives.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and external vendors to improve patient access deliverables.
