Job summary

The position emphasizes field presence, relationship management with health systems, and timely resolution of access barriers while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management, patient access, and/or managed markets experience preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, distribution hubs, and managed care.
• Strong communication, decision-making, collaboration, and resilience in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to lead without authority and develop localized strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs and staff on prior authorization requirements and coverage status.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare systems in assigned geography.
• Monitor patient cases via patient navigator portal with consent.
• Apply knowledge of specialty and retail Dermatology pharmacy services to support access.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, laws, and company policies.
