Incyte Corporation seeks a Field Access Manager to minimize payor barriers and educate providers on coverage and affordability for Incyte products across a defined geography. The role partners with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access and external teams to resolve access concerns and implement local access strategies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma or healthcare, strong communication, and the ability to lead cross-functionally in a field role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies, retail Dermatology pharmacies, and managed care.
• Ability to lead without authority in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Educates HCPs and staff on prior authorization requirements and payor processes.
• Builds and maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems in assigned geography.
• Monitors patient cases using a navigator portal with patient consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty pharmacy and dermatology distribution to assist customers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of payor presence, coverage, and policies.
• Develops localized strategic access plans and KPI-aligned objectives.
• Ensures programs comply with regulations and company policies.
• Collaborates with Compliance and Legal to ensure program compliance.
