Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare, business, or life sciences.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; district management or managed markets preferred.
• Experience with specialty pharmacies and managed care environments.

Responsibilities

• Educates HCPs and staff on prior authorization, coverage status, and payor requirements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with HCPs and health systems to resolve payor criteria issues.
• Monitors patient cases through navigator portals with consent.
• Applies knowledge of specialty and retail dermatology pharmacy services to assist access.
• Demonstrates knowledge of payor geography and product coverage.
• Ensures activities comply with regulations and company policies.
• Leads cross-functional teams and develops localized access plans.
