The FAM collaborates with Sales, Patient Access, Market Access, and other teams to resolve access concerns, navigate payor policies, and ensure compliant program delivery while maintaining strong relationships

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in healthcare, life sciences, or business.
• Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical or healthcare experience; managed markets preferred.
• Experience with specialty and dermatology pharmacies and distribution hubs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to lead in cross-functional teams and build partnerships.

Aufgaben

• Educates HCPs on prior authorization, coverage, and payor requirements.
• Builds and maintains relationships with HCPs and care systems in assigned geography.
• Monitors patient cases via navigator portal with consent.
• Applies knowledge of payor policies to support access and affordability.
• Collaborates with sales, patient access, and market access teams to resolve access issues.
