Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Human Services, Business, or related field.
• Five years of management experience with coaching and mentorship.
• Strong written and oral communication; analytical and process-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement QA procedures within case management, enrollment, and customer services.
• Provide change management for policy/procedure updates.
• Coordinate case management, enrollment, and customer service activities.
• Lead staff and collaborate with Department Heads to improve services and performance.
• Oversee reporting of operations metrics for Project Director.
• Serve as primary contact for Income Maintenance issues.
• Develop best practices and provide team guidance.
• Coordinate Refuge Cash Assistance program delivery as needed.
