Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in New York is seeking a Project Director to lead case management, enrollment, and customer service teams. You will drive quality improvements, oversee policy changes, and coordinate outreach to enroll new members.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, 4–5 years of management experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. Travel and driving are expected as needed.

Qualifications

Four to five years of management/supervisory experience.
Proven ability to coach and mentor staff and effectively lead a team.
Must be process-driven, analytical, and solution-focused.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Implement total quality management procedures and changes within case management, enrollment, and customer services units.
Provide leadership to staff and collaborate with Department Heads to enhance services, quality and performance.
Coordinate outreach activities and lead the outreach team who ensure new members enroll with the program for services.
Oversee timely and accurate reporting of operations metrics for Project Director.
Build business process expertise within the team and develop best practices.
