Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Project Management, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience including supervision of others.
• Senior level management experience with director responsibility is strongly desired.
• At least 2 years of experience in workforce development or human services environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven approach.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Budget management, contract/grant management, risk assessment, and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Adaptability and resilience to changing priorities and constraints.
• Experience in the relevant industry sector is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and milestones.

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance project management skills.
