Qualifications

• Must be process-driven, analytical, and solution-focused.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Five years of management experience and ability to coach staff.
• Knowledge of community resources and human services.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision of the Project Director, implement total quality management procedures within case management, enrollment, and customer services units.
• Lead change management when policies or procedures change.
• Coordinate and communicate across case management, enrollment, and customer service teams.
• Provide leadership to staff and collaborate with Department Heads to improve services and performance.
• Participate in or lead outreach activities to engage stakeholders.
• Oversee timely reporting of operations metrics for the Project Director.
• Serve as primary contact for Income Maintenance to resolve issues and coordinate fair-hearing processes.
• Build business process expertise and develop best practices across teams.
• Coordinate service delivery for Refuge Cash Assistance program when required.
• Prepare data for quarterly reports and disseminate information across departments.
