Job summary

Assembled in New York is seeking an Associate Deployment Strategist to lead the technical deployment process and drive customer relationships during onboarding. You’ll guide customers through setup and ensure a smooth transition to active use of our platform.

As an early member of the Deployments Team, you’ll shape deployment workflows as we scale—coordinating with Sales, Customer Success, Product & Engineering—and help customers realize value from our SaaS/AI offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role supporting a technical product or service.
• Grit, determination, and ability to push through roadblocks in highly unstructured environments.
• Experience working with APIs and integrations.
• Ability to think strategically while handling details and managing multiple priorities.
• Break projects into smaller tasks and deliver concrete outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical deployment process and drive customer relationships during onboarding.
• Shape deployment processes as we scale—from customer project management to technical setup.
• Drive the product roadmap by acting as a liaison between our customers and the product org.
• Set the tone for how we engage customers and help them see value.
• Improve internal efficiencies and overall customer experience during deployment.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product & Engineering to get customers live.
