• Own deployment strategy for new customer implementations and adoption.
• Build repeatable playbooks from high-touch rollouts.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Identify risks early and help create plans to address blockers.
• Track deployment velocity and adoption metrics to improve processes.
• Represent customer needs internally to inform product and packaging decisions.
