We're hiring Deployment Strategists on behalf of several of our top-growing startup clients. These companies are scaling fast and need someone to own the critical journey between \"deal closed\" and \"customer thriving\" — designing and running the playbooks that get new customers live quickly, correctly, and with momentum.
What You'll Do
- Own deployment strategy — help design the framework, timeline, and success metrics for how new customers get implemented and adopted.
- Build repeatable playbooks — turn one-off, high-touch rollouts into documented processes the rest of the team can run.
- Partner cross-functionally — work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to keep handoffs smooth and expectations aligned.
- Spot and de-risk problems early — flag where deployments are likely to stall (technical blockers, unclear requirements, stakeholder turnover) and help build a plan around them.
- Track what's working — monitor deployment velocity, time-to-value, and adoption metrics, and use that data to improve the process.
- Represent the customer internally — surface patterns from rollouts that should inform product, packaging, or sales decisions.
What Our Clients Are Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, technical program management, consulting, customer success, or another operationally intense role.
- Some exposure to improving or running a process, even informally — you should be able to point to a time you made something work more smoothly.
- Solid project management instincts — comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces and keeping things on schedule.
- Strong communication skills — you can work effectively with engineers, customers, and stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfortable with data — you don't need to be an analyst, but you should be able to read a dashboard and act on what it tells you.
- A bias toward action and ownership — startups move fast, and our clients want someone who builds structure rather than waits to be told exactly how.
- Bonus: experience with technical or SaaS products, familiarity with tools like Jira, Linear, Notion, or onboarding/deployment platforms, and/or a background in startups or consulting.
