Job summary

EliseAI is seeking an Deployment Strategist to lead complex enterprise deployments from late-stage sales through launch. You will align customer stakeholders, shape implementation plans, and drive adoption with Product and Engineering partners.

This in-person, high-autonomy role requires strong stakeholder management, technical intuition, and the ability to scale processes as EliseAI grows. Travel ~2x per month is expected, with a 4–5 day weekly office presence.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years running enterprise software implementations and migrations.
• Proven track record of launching enterprise deployments.
• Strong technical intuition with STEM background.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
• Willingness to travel ~2x per month and work in the office 4–5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement end-to-end: from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Guide discovery, scoping, and decisioning with customers to define requirements and success metrics.
• Coordinate internal teams and client stakeholders across deployments, maintaining cadence and risk tracking.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and processes to scale deployments.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering to translate real-world needs into clear requirements.
• Support later-stage sales and expansion for new engagements.
