Job summary

Kindredventures seeks a Deployment Strategist to own the full set of actions required to help customers win with our technology, starting from their mission, not our software.

You will identify true problems, break them into workflows, align executives to front-line operators, and drive solutions to impact through collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product Managers. Travel and on-site presence at customer sites are required.

Responsibilities

• Identify the true problem limiting a customer's mission and decompose it into workflows.
• Design solutions from how people actually work and align stakeholders across the organization.
• Own the actions—technical, operational, and organizational—to reach real impact.
• Partner with engineers and product managers to build and deliver AI solutions that win.
