Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. seeks a Product Sales Specialist trainer to develop and mentor store teams while ensuring customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information. The role emphasizes training, merchandise presentation, and clear communication of store policies.

You will lead certification courses, supervise product placement, manage checkout processes, and assist customers with selections to ensure a smooth, informative shopping experience in our Roswell, GA stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price signs.
• Coordinate merchandising, pricing, and organization of the department.
• Deliver product specialist certifications and training to staff.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Ensure forklift certification and safety procedures are followed.
