Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an organized, customer-focused Product Sales Specialist trainer to lead and develop a team in a busy showroom. You will coach specialists, ensure accurate product knowledge, and maintain attractive merchandising.

You will greet customers, answer questions, manage checkouts, and present short how-to sessions. A safe, efficient shop floor supports a superior shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and support product sales specialists to ensure excellent customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
• Communicate SOP directions and changes to associates.
• Complete forklift proficiency testing and certification.
• Report inventory needs to management.
• Stock displays and create price tags and signs.
