Floor & Decor is seeking a dedicated individual responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists. This role ensures that customers receive exceptional service and product information while maintaining high merchandising standards.

As a member of our team, you will engage with customers, assist with their selections, and train new associates on best practices to improve the overall shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Ensure exceptional customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Assist customers at checkout using POS system.
• Present 'how-to' classes to customers.
