Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a role focused on training and developing Product Sales Specialists while ensuring customers receive outstanding service and expert product information.

The position drives department merchandising, pricing, and inventory control to support a positive shopping experience. The role includes leading training, maintaining accurate product placement, and assisting customers with selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds per guidelines.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Stock, price, and tag merchandise, and ensure department organization and pricing.
• Lead and support training for Product Sales Specialists.
• Maintain proper product placement and department merchandising.
• Assist with store hours and customer service goals.
