Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coach product sales specialists to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, and product placement in the department.
• Complete required product specialist certification courses.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Operate POS, handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
