Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists.
• Provide exceptional customer service and product information.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and department organization.
• Complete product specialist certification courses.
• Direct and assist with store floor merchandising and signage.
• Handle POS transactions and refunds according to guidelines.
