Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock and tag displays as required.
• Communicate inventory needs to management.
• Provide product specialist certifications and training guidance.
