Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to ensure excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure attentive customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process checkout and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock, price, and tag merchandise displays; manage showroom floor.
