Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to all product sales specialists for attentive and accurate customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Understand merchandise and installation.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Communicate SOP updates to all associates promptly.
• Greet every customer in a helpful, courteous manner.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections.
• Process transactions at checkout using the POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Stock and tag displays; create price tags and signs.
